Grapefruit smells so good! I really wanted to have some fun with this recipe so I added natural colorants and pink Himalayan salt for decoration. The pinkish/red natural colorant is Madder root (that comes from the Rubia Tinctorum plant) which is an ancient colorant that was used in Egypt and Central Asia as early as 1500 B.C.
